Appointment Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a fee of $75. This policy applies to both cancellations and no-shows. To avoid this charge, clients are encouraged to provide ample notice when rescheduling or canceling appointments. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency or unforeseen circumstances, which should be communicated as soon as possible. By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to these terms.

Meet our Team
Elly is a certified nurse practitioner who specializes in non-surgical techniques to enhance the face and body. Elly has been in healthcare since 2006. She has held many roles from tech to nurse and now nurse practitioner. She obtained her master's degree in family nurse practitioner from Frontier Nursing University in 2014. She spent her early career in emergency and urgent care medicine which refined her focus on detail.
Elly has been treating patients with hormone imbalances since 2018 and has been a BioTe certified provider since 2020. She understands that hormonal health is the cornerstone of overall well-being and vitality. Elly believes that true rejuvenation starts from within, and she has helped countless patients reclaim their energy and quality of life through optimized hormone therapy.
In 2019, Elly expanded her passion to aesthetics. She has advanced training in dermal filler and neurotoxin techniques. When working with clients, Elly strives to build a trusting provider-patient relationship and to understand the client's goals. She focuses on assessment of client needs, client education, and appropriate product selection. Elly enjoys helping others to feel and look their best.
